18 U.S.C. § 2257 exemption statement
This site publishes no sexually explicit conduct of any kind and is therefore outside the record-keeping requirements that would otherwise apply to it. It publishes this statement anyway, because a directory of adults should say plainly where it stands.
The exemption
All visual content on Evening Companion — every photograph and every video, on every profile — depicts clothed adults and contains no actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2). The content on this site is accordingly exempt from the record-keeping and labelling provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Everyone depicted is an adult
Every person appearing in an image on this site was at least 18 years old when it was made, and every person listed on it is at least 21. A companion warrants both when they upload, and an administrator reviews every upload before it is published. Nothing appears here automatically.
Where records are held
Evening Companion produces no visual content. Every image is supplied by the companion it depicts, who is its producer, and any records relating to it are held by that producer. Where records are required for material originating with a third party, they are maintained by that original producer.

If you see something that does not belong here
Report it. An image that is explicit, that depicts anyone under 18, or that was published without the consent of the person in it is removed on sight and, where the law requires it, referred to the authorities. The report page reaches a moderator; a copyright complaint has its own route.
